Northern Virginia Mommy & Me Session

This gorgeous mama wanted photos of her sweet guy (who seriously may be the most charming toddler I have ever met) for a mother’s day present… and well, even though he was the focus, this was very much a mommy & me session! We had so much fun on this walk and what I captured are the kind of details and moments I notice in my own day. Details that tug at my heart, but are somehow “gone” a moment later, just because, life. How this dude holds “Doggy,” how he chooses to pick flowers, how wriggly he is, how maybe mom feels he doesn’t sit still. But look at what we captured! So much love, so much movement, but also so much stillness.

These times are golden.
